Operating from Widnes in Cheshire and Aycliffe in County Durham, our family-run business has provided the added value and integrity of service that pallet users require in all business sectors across the UK since 1972.
Today Hampak continues to evolve to meet the needs of its customers and remains a family-run business led by Ron, his daughter Antonia and their dedicated team.
Ron Hammond senior started in the pallet business with his company Pallet Services based in Liverpool in the early 1970s. He developed the business to become Hammond Pallets Limited in Widnes, Cheshire, which his son Ron took over in 1986.
From the age of 22, Ron grew the business through to the 1990s, employing 89 people and leading the way in pallet production, with the introduction of robotic manufacturing.
In 2007, Ron created Hampak to focus on the sustainability and recycling of pallets. Today Hampak continues to evolve to meet the needs of its customers and remains a family-run business led by Ron, his daughter Antonia and their dedicated team.
